Photography sessions are held in the relaxed environment of my home studio or your chosen location.  I have my own unique style which is relaxed and easy going. I always try to accommodate to parents' particular likes and needs but this cannot always be achieved. Children photograph best when they are free to explore and play. In some instances, newborn babies find it hard to settle so that's why I like to schedule one session per day to allow enough time and achieve the best results, they generally last for 1-3 hours so that I can take my time with your session, stopping for breaks and snacks when we need to.

 

Booking

 

• To book and secure your chosen date you will need to pay a $100 deposit via direct debit.

• Session Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Sessions will not be booked unless a deposit has been made.

• The Remaining amount will be due on photo day.

• The Session fee is deducted from the total package price.

• Your session fee is due within 48 hours of booking to secure your date and includes –

        ~ Photographer’s time and talent

         ~ Pre-session phone or email consultation

         ~ Use of a wide range of newborn props, wraps, beanies, headbands, baskets etc.

         ~ Custom editing of Images.

 

• Photo sessions are to be conducted on the one date you have chosen and cannot be spread out over two separate days. "Example" If for whatever reason you need to book 2 separate days for a family session because your husband couldn't make it on that chosen date a fee will apply.

During the Session

 

• My ultimate goal is to create a fun, relaxed, non-pressured environment for you and your family.  I will spend time getting to know your children, encouraging them to be themselves. 

 

• It is important to understand that your child may not behave or may not be interested during their session, and it is our job to patient. I will try my best to make sure that you will not be disappointed.

 

• Time is of great importance and I like to give enough time to my clients for their photoshoots. Please note if you are late to your photoshoot the time will be taken out of your session time.

 

 

Clothing

 

You have a lot of options when it comes to clothing depending on what look you want to achieve.  Jeans work really well as you can dress them up or down. Outfits don't need to be exactly the same but similar colours always work best.

If in doubt, bring several outfits and I will help you choose what will work best.

I love to incorporate personalities, so feel free to bring items that are special to you and your child.  If your child has a passion (instrument, ball, teddy, etc), let's use it.

 

 

Final Prints

 

• I aim to have your images ready at least 2 weeks after your session. In some instances, I cannot always abide by this time due to other work.

 

• Your photos will come on USB.

 

• Once your final images are ready i will send them to you via post or you can pick up.

 

 

EVENTS

 

Events are charged per hour, and a $50 travel fee will apply to areas more than 15kms away.

1) Sandra Tawil Photography reserves all rights to all photography material and will have all rights to use the material for advertising and promotional purposes. Your payment or instruction is your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

2) Sandra Tawil Photography requires a deposit to secure booking date and time. I Understand that once i have paid my deposit that it is non-refundable for simple change of mind and no shows. However, in cases of emergencies or other things which may arise, we can change the date or a refund may be considered as long as you have discussed the situation and Sandra has agreed to refund your deposit.
