Contract Agreement between Sandra Tawil Photography and above mentioned.

1. Copyright Information: 

​

I/we agree that Sandra Tawil Photography owns the copyright to all photographs. 

I/we agree not to copy or allow anyone else to copy, photocopy or screen print these images from (website/social media). To do so is in breach of this agreement.

I/we will use these photographs as agree and understand they may not be copied or reproduced unless written approval is granted by Sandra Tawil Photography.

Sandra Tawil Photography also reserves the right that any digital images purchased may not be altered in any way. The digital files remain the property of Sandra Tawil Photography and will be kept on file for One year for re-orders.

2. Final Images:

​

You will be sent a gallery of all your unedited images to select from. You will have 1 week to choose your images. If no communication is made for your final selection, Sandra Tawil Photography will choose final images for me. 

All Edited Digital images can be downloaded approximately 2-3 weeks after you have made your selection. Your final digital images and prints will be ready and sent approximately 8-10 weeks after your session takes place.

3. Reschedule:

​

48 hour notice prior to session is needed if you would like to reschedule. The booking fee will be kept and applied to the new rescheduled session. The Photographer maintains the right to reschedule a session if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc.

Any cancellations after the 48 hour period will result in me losing my booking fee therefore resulting in another booking fee to be paid and secure another session date.

4. Retainer/Booking Fee:

I understand the Retainer/Booking Fee of $100 is a non refundable fee for change of mind or cancellation. If you need to reschedule your session due to medical reasons the booking fee will be kept and applied to your new date. The Retainer/Booking fee is deducted from the package price. Shoots may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (sickness or high chance of rain. Reschedule date needs to be within 6 months from session date.  Full Payment is due on the day of your photography session.

5. Portrait Session:

​

Sandra Tawil Photography is not liable in any way or form for the clients opinion of the photographs taken during the shoot if the clients child/children is/are sick or uncooperative during the portrait session. Sandra Tawil Photography is to be informed of a child's sickness or medical condition prior to the shoot.

6. Post Production and Editing:

​

The final product and editing style, effects and overall look of images are left to the discretion of Sandra Tawil Photography. The Client has commissioned Sandra Tawil Photography to perform her professional duties based on clients review of Sandra Tawil Photography's prior work.

All photographs are put through a post-production process. Post-production means alterations to exposure, composition and colour correction.

Some images may be deleted at the discretion of Sandra Tawil Photography. These include bad pose, duplicate photos, out of focus. Sandra Tawil Photography will not correct clients appearance meaning, untidy clothes, cosmetic flaws or absence of makeup.

Sandra Tawil Photography will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are produced in a style consistent with Photographer’s current portfolio, and Photographer will use reasonable efforts to consult with Client and incorporate any reasonable suggestions.

7. Product Care:

​

Sandra Tawil Photography will not refund print products or files due to the nature of the product. Sandra Tawil Photography has no control over the environment in which the photographs, prints, albums and digital files are kept.

Digital Files: Your digital files will be kept on file for One year. The original files released by Sandra Tawil Photography have no liability due to loss or damage of the images and also releases Sandra Tawil Photography from any obligations to maintain copies of any digital files, images or photographs older than 12 months from the session date.

Insurance and travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. Sandra Tawil Photography is not liable for an damages should they occur to either person or property during the shoot.
